  • Free UK Delivery on orders above £30

    Divine Trash offer free delivery on orders above £30. Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same day.

  • What delivery options are available?
    • Free Delivery on all UK orders above £30 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. £2.95 for all UK orders below £30.

      Royal Mail aim for a 48 hour delivery timeframe with this service (including Saturdays) but they do not guarantee it.

      Although over 98% of our orders arrive within the timeframe for peace of mind you can upgrade to ensure next day delivery is guaranteed.

  • Where can I see my orders?

    To see your orders, simply login to your account by clicking the "Login" link at the top right of the page. If you don't have an account you can register by clicking the "Create an account" link in the middle of the screen.

    Once you have logged in to your account, you will be sent to your account dashboard. Here you can see all of your recent orders or by clicking on the "View all" link in the top right of your order list.

  • Can I track my order?

    We usually supply tracking numbers by e-mail which you can use to track where your parcel is.

    You can also see the status of your orders when logged in to your account by clicking on the "View order" link to the right of the order screen on your account dashboard. You can also view any tracking references allocated to the orders.

  • What do I do if I have ordered the wrong item?

    Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to stop the order being dispatched. If it has left the warehouse we would require you to return it at your cost.

    We currently ship worldwide to almost any destination

  • How much is shipping?

    Standard Shipping within the UK/Ireland is £2.95 for all orders below £30. You can choose a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service within the UK/Ireland for a premium of £4.95.

    Republic of Ireland and Europe charge is £9.80 and £14.95 to all other worldwide destinations.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    To change your shipping address, you can do this two ways. Simply select "Ship to different address" when checking out.

    You can also make these changes in your account. Login to your account by clicking the "Login" link at the top right of the page. Down the left naviagation is all your account details inluding "Address book" this is the where you are able to go in and amend your address details. If you don't have an account you can register by clicking the "Create an account" link in the middle of the screen.

  • Returns

    I am afraid we do not offer free returns on any orders. If you have a problem with an item, it is incorrect or does not meet your 100% satisfaction then we recommend you contact our sales department via to discuss the problem in more detail.

  • Money Back Guarantee

    Divine Trash offer a 21 day returns policy. In order to guarantee your refund please ensure all items are returned within this time in a salable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.

  • How do I return a product?

    We suggest you return the item via a tracked service in order for you to ensure that your order reaches us and can be tracked on its journey. Once we receive the order we will process the refund within 48 hours. Please ensure you return it to us with a clear copy of your name, address and order number (this will be on the delivery note) for us to carry out the refund process on time.

  • Do you have a shop?

    Yes, we have a store in Buxton, Derbyshire.

  • Can I collect my order from a store?

    Yes, simply select the 'Collect from Buxton Store' when checking out. This is a free service

  • How are my details kept safe & secure?

    We use a server certificate (also known as a GoDaddy) to assure you of our identity and secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt data transmissions of any sensitive data.

  • Do you offer coupons / discounts?

    We do run marketing campaigns from time to time which will have voucher codes you can add at the checkout. Please note that voucher codes cannot be redeemed against products supplied by some of our Manufacturers. A message will be displayed on the basket page to let you know when this applies. All voucher and promotion codes have to be used at checkout and will not be redeemable once the order has been placed.

    We occasionally offer our customers £5 off their first order with Customers must be account holders to redeem this offer. The code is style5 and can only be added when you have created an account and have items in your basket. The minimum order amount is £30 to redeem this offer.

  • Can you send me a brochure?

    We do not have brochures as we are an internet/store based company and everything we have available is listed on our website.
