Returns Policy

The customer has 14 working days to return the goods purchased if unsuitable. Divine Trash asks politely that all goods get returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

The customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless otherwise advised or returned within 14 working days of the purchase for a full refund or replacement.

Divine Trash will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.

The Customer must send all returns within 14 days to;
Returns Dept, Divine Trash, 19 High Street, Buxton, DERBYSHIRE SK17 6ET.

Postage costs for all returned items are for the responsibility of the customer and Divine Trash will not accept liability for any items sent without a certificate of postage.

In cases where the customer does not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by the customer and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur the original shipping charges again), or to refund the original payment minus the postage amount.
