Traffic People Tuscan Twist Top is a 3/4 length sleeve blouse with a bohemian design around the neck. The fabric is a crimped chiffon that is very sheer so this top comes with an under vest. The neck is quite high and features a flowered applique pattern with a small zip at the back of the neck. Ideal for for weddings and parties. 100% silk.
