Q1. What happens if I purchase something while a promotion is on and the item is then not suitable?A. As this is a promotional offer we do ask you to return the goods along with the unsuitable garment/s for a full refund. If you choose not to return the promotional item this will then be deducted from the refund amount.
Q2. What if I need to exchange an item for an alternative size/colour?Do I need to pay postage?
A. Since the initial delivery to you is free of charge, it is upto you to incur the returns postage back to us, However Divine Trash will pay for the exchanged item to be re-sent out again free of charge.
Q3. What happens if my order goes astray? Will I get a refund?
A. All goods are despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery therefore will require a signature. If the goods have not reached you within 15 working days we will either send a replacement or refund your money.
Q4. What happens if I purchase something off the website and I notice it has gone in the sale a few days later?
A. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do, Sale items are very often reduced last minute therefore we are unable to give the customer any notice of when this is likely to happen.
Q5. I have received an incorrect item? What now?
A. If an error has occurred at our end when processing the order we will happily refund you the postage cost by an agreed form of payment and despatch the correct item as soon as we receive the mistaken one. In exceptional circumstances you can supply us with a tracking reference and this will be suffice to send the replacement prior to receiving the incorrect item.
Q6. Can I have a refund even after the 14 days have expired?
A. In exceptional circumstances this may happen but at the discretion of a manager.
Q7. What happens if my item is faulty but I don't realise until after the 14 day returns policy?
A. Please contact the Customer Services Department who will then advise of the protocol. If the item is deemed as faulty then a full refund or replacement will be made.
Q8. Can you please clarify delivery dates when placing an order via the Royal Mail Special Delivery option?
A. All orders placed before 4 pm using the Special Delivery option will arrive at their destination before 1 pm the next working day. This service is only applicable Monday to Friday and NOT inclusive of bank holidays.
Q9. What happens if an item that I have ordered is out of stock?
A. If an item that you have ordered is unfortunately out of stock then we will contact you regarding the closest possible replacement size/colour options. If you agree to this replacement being despatched and it is not suitable then the customer is responsible for paying the returns postage fee.
