UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS

1. Delivery is FREE for all UK orders of £25 or over. A standard fee of £2.95 will apply otherwise.
2. Special Delivery is an option for next day delivery (excluding weekends) for a premium of £4.95.
3. Stock orders made Monday to Friday before 4pm, are dispatched on the same day.
4. Stock orders made after 4pm and at weekends / bank holidays may take a day longer to arrive with you. Stock availablilty may also delay some deliveries.
5. Orders of £25 or over will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This service is trackable and will require a signature.
6. We cannot deliver to anywhere else other than the delivery address that you provide when placing the order.
7. We aim to deliver your item within 1-2 working days of your order being placed and within 1 working day for orders placed before 4pm using the Special Delivery option.
8. Divine Trash will only deliver the package once should the customer be out when the delivery man calls. It is then up to the customer to re-arrange delivery.

EUROPEAN ORDERS

Delivery is a standard fee of £5.95 for all European orders. Stock orders made Monday to Friday before 4pm, are dispatched on the same day. Stock orders made after 4pm and at weekends / bank holidays may take a day longer to arrive with you. Stock availablilty may also delay some deliveries. Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. This service is trackable and will require a signature. We cannot deliver to anywhere else other than the delivery address that you provide when placing the order. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. If you are not in when the delivery man calls and the parcel gets returned we will require another a fee of £5.95 to re-send out goods.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS

Delivery is a standard fee of £9.95 for all WORLDWIDE (other than european) orders. Stock orders made Monday to Friday before 4pm, are dispatched on the same day. Stock orders made after 4pm and at weekends / bank holidays may take a day longer to arrive with you. Stock availablilty may also delay some deliveries. Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. This service is trackable and will require a signature. We cannot deliver to anywhere else other than the delivery address that you provide when placing the order. We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of your order being placed. If you are not in when the delivery man calls and the parcel gets returned we will require an additional fee of £9.95 to re-dispatch the goods. We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days of your order being placed.
