On the 31st March 2011 Divine Trash met Artisan Hair and Beauty for a Spring 2011 Fashion Show. The show consisted of demonstrations from Artisan and their fabulous spring looks, a raffle, of which all proceeds went to Freshfields Donkey Village. Two lucky people were drawn from the raffle at random who were able to get their hair and make up done...and then it was on with the show....Music was contributed by High Peak Sounds Disco and Dj Hire and we listened to;

Divine Trash hosted its very first house party on Friday evening!..The night took quite alot of organisation but once we were all set up, it just seemed to flow..(along with the champers and vino tinto!).....The ladies looked to be enjoying themselves and listened very attentively to what we recommended as our key looks for the season! With great disappointment Divine Trash will now not be stocking YO clothing - Otherwise known as Young Offender Clothing. Due to a manufacturer problem, the Spring Summer 2010 YO Clothing collection will now not be produced. If however, circumstances change we will let you know. Such a shame since the cast of Shameless were spotted wearing it in a January 2010 episode of the smash hit comedy series!

If you are faint hearted, heavily pregnant or easily offended then the Buxton Opera House was not the most favourable of locations on Monday June 1st. DT joined a full house alongside Mr Carr who to my surprise was exceptionally rude, arrogant and obnoxious........yet very funny. We were sat at the back, very quiet afraid of making any sudden movement incase he set on us and were in the centre of a heckling match. From start to end the laughter was flowing and the jokes he made became more unshockable to the audience as the evening went on.....A sell out tour indeed!

Well its that time again, and what a year it has been. The internet has gone from strength to strength thanks to those of you who have supported us throughout our third year of trading. The website has been a phenomenal success and we have been privileged enough to work some fantastic (and not so fantastic) brands because if it, gaining an amazing presence on google which has helped turnaround our stock faster, giving you much more choice, on a more frequent basis. With plans next year to double the size of the site and offer a wider range such as shoes, accessories, jewellery etc.

Divine Trash were proud sponsors of The Mighty Boosh on the 1st and 2nd of October at Buxton Opera House. The show went off with a bang and all the fans seemed extremely chuffed with the royal performance! I was even speaking to a couple who had travelled all the way up from Kent (thats is a 6 hour journey by car) and who were only staying that one night before travelling all that way back down! That is true dedication. Noel Fielding, Howard Moon and the rest of the crew then took part in a little after show madness at The Palace Hotel and behaved like true rock stars - smashing the place up and even writing on walls! My friend Dan even went one step further and through a drink in a cast members face as he was so arrogant! It just goes to show that money doesn't buy you manners! Anyway DT will be sponsoring another 2 shows over the next 12 months so keep eyes peeled for more dates and events.

Divine Trash latest Press exposure was on Saturday 11th October where it featured alongside ASOS, TopShop and others, as the recommended choice by the Daily Mail Fashion Editor. In the face of the current economic climate, Divine Trash's online business is buckling market trends much like ASOS, with strong market growth. Owners of DT Clothing, Arron Moss and Lucy Bradbury have devoted their time to ensuring the online shop has the best offerings in terms of latest high fashion, but also cherry picked exclusive labels which offer a great range to the consumer.

Just a quick note to say, Divine Trash are now receiving Autumn/Winter stock almost Daily.There is still a limited number of sale items left, all items remain at sale price however which are both available online or in store.
