Time to 'Get Fit' with Chris Hill

Arron and I have just started training to get fit for or holiday in Ibiza at the end of August-Getting into a bikini is a scary process when you have been covered up for such a long time, however with the help of Chris (at a very competitive price may I add) we are able to do it!
